1. Zero Personal Data Collection

SnapTik Studio is built upon principles of strict privacy and data minimization. We do not require registration, accounts, passwords, email addresses, or phone numbers. We do not maintain user databases or profile logs.

2. No Activity or URL Logging

We do not log, retain, or monitor the video links, user queries, IP addresses, or browsing history of our users. Requests are processed transiently in-memory and immediately discarded upon completion.

3. Local Browser Storage Usage

We utilize standard browser local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) strictly for your convenience to remember your chosen theme (dark/light mode), interface language (EN/VI), and temporary session caching to avoid redundant API calls. No personal tracking cookies or third-party marketing beacons are employed.

4. Third-Party Infrastructure & CDNs

When fetching media, public network requests connect directly to third-party content delivery networks. Those external services may have their own privacy practices and terms, which are outside of our control.

5. Rights Under GDPR & CCPA

Because we do not collect, process, or sell any personal data or personally identifiable information (PII), we have no user information to access, rectify, port, or erase upon request.
